Well, I hadn't done that for years. I'll spare you the photo, but I got a treble hook in the palm of my hand last night. Got into a few bass and reeled a nice one to the boat. Just as I'm reaching for it the fish shakes the lure loose and it zings up into my hand. Getting dark and it was in there pretty good so I held the lure (two sets of treble hooks) and drove home with one hand. Managed to get back in the house without jostling it too much. Got the treble hook free of the lure and then pulled it out with a pliers. Don't think I want to do that again.
